De MPI MP40 is een universele MicroPositioner ontworpen voor nauwkeurige IV/CV coaxiale en RF-metingen in halfgeleidertestoepassingen. Met zijn ergonomische ontwerp en unidirectionele configuratie biedt het betrouwbare sondeplaatsing voor zowel laagstroommetingen als RF-meetsituaties.
