Overzicht
De MPI MP50R is een precisie-micropositioner ontworpen voor extreem nauwkeurige halfgeleider- en RF-meettoepassingen. Aangeduid als "The Kelvin One", het beschikt over een rechtshands configuratie en levert sub-2 micrometer precisieresolutie in het hele verplaatsingsbereik. De MP50R gebruikt een volledige roestvrij stalen constructie voor stabiel contact over langere perioden en superieure positioneringsnauwkeurigheid.
Deze micropositioner is ontworpen voor universele interfacecompatibiliteit met alle sondeamen, waardoor eenvoudige toepassingsspecifieke aanpassingen mogelijk zijn. De ergonomische werking en sterke magnetische basis zorgen voor fijne sondeplaatsing voor hoogwaardig elektrisch contact, wat uitzonderlijke meetresultaten oplevert in IV/CV-, ultralage stroom- en internal node-probing toepassingen.
