De MPI MP60L is een precisie RF-micropositie ontworpen voor nauwkeurige en stabiele RF-metingen in test- en meettoepassingen. Gebouwd met volledige koolstofstalen constructie, biedt het superieure positioneringnauwkeurigheid en stabiel contact over langere periodes, waardoor het ideaal is voor RF-sondeplaatsing op halfgeleiderinrichtingen en testwafers.
De MP60L is de linkerhandige variant van MPI's RF-positieserie, met backlash-vrije werking en universele interfacecompatibiliteit met alle sondekarmen. Eengevormige Z-richting besturing en ergonomische handmatige bediening met een sterke magnetische basis maken nauwkeurige sondeplaatsing mogelijk voor hoge contactkwaliteit en ongeëvenaarde meetresultaten.
