De Fluke Networks OptiFiber Pro Multimodus OTDR is een Tier 2 uitgebreide glasvezelbeschermingsoplossing ontworpen voor datacenters, buiten plant (OSP), FTTx en PON-omgevingen. Als onderdeel van het Versiv kabelcertificeringssysteem combineert het geavanceerde optische technologie met een intuïtieve gebarengebaseerde interface om professionele meetmogelijkheden en gemakkelijk gebruik voor exploitanten op alle vaardigheidsniveaus te leveren.

Datacenter-optimalisering
OptiFiber Pro is speciaal ontworpen voor datacenteromgevingen waar dichte patchkabel-layouts en hoog aantal aansluitingen uitdagingen vormen voor traditionele OTDRs. Met ultra-korte event dode zone (0,5 m typisch voor multimodus) en verzwakkingsdode zone (2,2 m typisch voor multimodus) kan het closely spaced fouten detecteren en meten die onzichtbaar zouden zijn voor carrier-class instrumenten. DataCenter OTDR modus stelt automatisch instellingen in voor korte, aansluiting-rijke links zonder handmatige fijnafstemming.
